The first DIY facial exercise is the easiest and has the biggest effect.  Most of us walk around with either no expression or a scowl on our face and never realize this.  Just have a friend take your picture throughout the day.  This can even be seen as unfriendliness or hostility and greatly effect ones social life – many people don’t realize that people that would have approached won’t just because you look tired or mad.  Regardless of its social impact, this frowning or non expression actually gives in to gravity and nature and adds to the fine lines, wrinkles and scowl lines that so many of us develop as we age.  The key here is to reverse this and nothing does this better than putting on a big smile!
