Now by lowering your caloric intake and greatly increasing the quality of the foods you eat you will find that you will actually lose weight and feel better at the same time. Most people find within a few days of changing their diet from a low nutrition, low quality, poor diet to a much better, higher nutrition and higher-quality diet that they not only feel more alert, but that they have more energy, their mind is clearer and their whole body feels better.
